Republican Tom Morrison's election campaign committee, Citizens for Tom Morrison, spent $11,114 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Morrison's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with 75% of this total ($4,500) going to Vicki Wilson in Palatine. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Morrison's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
