How did Steve Hagerty spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Non partisan Steve Hagerty's election campaign committee, Citizens for Steve Hagerty, spent $25,138 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Hagerty's committee spent the most on legal fees in the quarter, with all those payments ($6,990) going to James P Nally PC in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Hagerty's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
