How did Robin Rue spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Non partisan Robin Rue's election campaign committee, Friends of Robin Rue, spent $4,157 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rue's committee spent the most on newspaper advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($787) going to Evanston Roundtable in Evanston. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rue's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
