How did Thomas J Healy spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Thomas J Healy's election campaign committee, West Deerfield Township Democrats, spent $10,140 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Healy's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,401) going to Deep Blue in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Healy's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
