How did Donald F Eslick spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Donald F Eslick's election campaign committee, Democrats of Northfield Township, spent $10,706 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Eslick's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,572) going to Watch Street Consulting in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Eslick's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
