How did George K Busse spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican George K Busse's election campaign committee, The Elk Grove Township GOP Team, spent $3,973 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Busse's committee spent the most on equipment rental in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,149) going to Arlington Rental in Palatine. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Busse's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
