How did Daniel Biss spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Daniel Biss's election campaign committee, Biss for Illinois, spent $12,656 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
