Democratic Elaine Nekritz's election campaign committee, Citizens for Elaine Nekritz, spent $19,714 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Nekritz's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with 70.8% of this total ($6,668) going to RK PR Solutions in Lincoln. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Nekritz's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
