How did Martin McLaughlin spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Martin McLaughlin's election campaign committee, Friends of Martin McLaughlin, spent $100,734 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

McLaughlin's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($37,155) going to CL Grapics in Crystal Lake. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how McLaughlin's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
