How did Debra Shore spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Debra Shore's election campaign committee, Friends of Debra Shore, spent $7,133 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Shore's committee spent the most on communications consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,000) going to Grisko Communications in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Shore's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
