Northbrook Park District recently issued the following announcement.
Exciting activities and special events are blooming this spring at the Northbrook Park District.
The District’s 2019 Spring Guide features athletics, theatre, art, early childhood, fitness, golf and senior activities. Resident registration is underway. Non-resident registration begins March 6.
“We have a lot of spectacular activities for all ages,” said Katie Kotloski, Recreation Division Manager for the Northbrook Park District. “The opportunities are endless for families to make special memories this spring as the weather gets warmer.”
Included in the Guide is the popular Mother-Daughter Spring Tea on April 6, Senior Week April 22-26 offering free drop-in programs and activities at the Senior Center and the Earth and Arbor Day Celebration April 13. The Guide also invites you to join the Northbrook Park District later this spring for the dazzling 50th anniversary event for Northbrook-On-Ice—Turn Back Time May 10-12.
Families also can start planning for summer with the 2019 Camps section. Register by March 15 to save 10 percent on camps.
