Q4 real estate sales report: Elk Grove Village

Median prices declined in Elk Grove Village over last year, and are down 13.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 83 homes sold in Elk Grove Village for a median price of $227,000. That's 2.7 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
