Q4 real estate sales report: Mission Hills Estates

Median prices rose in Mission Hills Estates over last year, and are down 37.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 2 homes sold in Mission Hills Estates for a median price of $330,000. That's 15.5 percent higher than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
