Q4 real estate sales report: Deer Lake

Median prices rose in Deer Lake over last year, and are down 13.7 percent over 8 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 1 home sold in Deer Lake for a price of $585,000. That's 18.9 percent higher than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, there were no foreclosures in Deer Lake.

Median property tax for homeowners in Deer Lake was $8,903.85 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 1.8 percent of their home's value in taxes.
