Q3 real estate sales report: Buffalo Grove

Median prices declined in Buffalo Grove over last year, and are up 1.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 255 homes sold in Buffalo Grove for a median price of $300,000. That's 8.1 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
