Q3 real estate sales report: Northfield

Median prices rose in Northfield over last year, and are down 33.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 33 homes sold in Northfield for a median price of $572,500. That's 4.9 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
