Report: Northbrook/Glenview spent $19,412 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Northbrook/Glenview School District 30 is up 17.5 percent from five years ago, according to a North Cook News analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Cook County school district spent $16,522 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $19,412 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment rise over the same period, from 1128 to 1200.

Northbrook/Glenview's spending in 2017-18 was 45.5 percent higher than the state average of $13,337.
