Q2 real estate sales report: Bartlett

Median prices rose in Bartlett over last year, and are down 11.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 220 homes sold in Bartlett for a median price of $263,000. That's 3.1 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
