State Senate race: Democrat Morrison wins voter tally in Wheeling Township Precinct 70

Julie A. Morrison led Republican Barrett Davie in votes cast in Wheeling Township Precinct 70 for the District 29 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Morrison appeared to outpace Davie by a margin of 24.2 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
