State Senate race: Democrat Morrison wins voter tally in Northfield Township Precinct 16

Julie A. Morrison led Republican Barrett Davie in votes cast in Northfield Township Precinct 16 for the District 29 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Morrison appeared to outpace Davie by a margin of 22.3 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
