State Senate race: Democrat Fine wins voter tally in New Trier Township Precinct 15

Laura Fine led Republican Joan McCarthy Lasonde in votes cast in New Trier Township Precinct 15 for the District 9 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Fine appeared to outpace Lasonde by a margin of 19.5 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
