Garcia wins 4th Congressional District race

Democrat Jesus "Chuy" Garcia has been declared the winner in the 4th Congressional District against Republican Mark Lorch.

With 95 percent of the precincts reporting, Garcia had 86 percent of the vote with a total of 129,744 votes.

Lorch received 14 percent of the vote with a total of 20,563 votes.
