Martin Moylan of the Democratic party has been declared the winner in the House District 55 race against Republican Marilyn Smolenski.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Moylan had 55 percent of the vote with a total of 19,826 votes.
Smolenski received 45 percent of the vote with a total of 15,976 votes.
