Democrat Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz has been declared the winner in the House District 17 race against Republican Peter Lee.
With 88 percent of the precincts reporting, Gong-Gershowitz had 68 percent of the vote with a total of 28,658 votes.
Lee received 32 percent of the vote with a total of 13,190 votes.
