City of Rolling Meadows issued the following announcement on Oct. 1.
The Rolling Meadows Halloween Hours are as follows:
Wednesday, October 31st
3:00 - 8:00 PM
It is suggested that children under the age of 10 participating in Trick-or-Treat activities not be out beyond dusk, unless accompanied by a parent of guardian.
