Glenview Community Consolidated School District 34 recently issued the following announcement.
In order for your child to attend school on the first day, your back-to-school checklist must include a few important items:
- Submit physical and immunization forms. NEW THIS YEAR: Students entering pre-K, kindergarten and 6th grade, and students new to the district, must submit current and complete physical and immunization forms in order to attend school on the first day.
- Complete your registration. Find detailed registration information at www.glenview34.org/parents/registration
- Submit proof of residency. You must submit residency documentation if your child is entering pre-k, kindergarten, 3rd grade, or 6th grade; you are new to District 34; have moved within the District during the previous school year; have a lease that expired during the previous school year; or have been requested to do so by the District. Visit www.glenview34.org/residency for more information or to submit your residency information online.
