City of Evanston issued the following announcement on Aug. 6.
Evanston property owners are invited to attend a Property Tax Appeal Workshop. The workshop will review how to file an appeal of your property's assessment with the Cook County Board of Review. Please bring a copy of your property tax bill or your property index number (PIN). The deadline to appeal to the Cook County Board of Review is Monday, August 30, 2018.
