Schaumburg Park District issued the following announcement on July 26.
Spend a day on the course enjoying delicious food and beverages and compete for your name on the coveted Links Technology Cup! Links_tech_cup
The Schaumburg Park Foundation’s Links Technology Cup golf outing takes place Aug. 8 at Schaumburg Golf Club, 401 N. Roselle Road.
Beginning with check-in at 8:30 a.m., the outing features “Taste on the Tee,” a showcase of food and beverages at almost every hole. The event also features a 10 a.m. shotgun start/scramble format, 18 holes of golf with cart, course contests and a steak dinner provided by Chandler’s Chophouse.
Proceeds benefit recreation scholarships and other projects of the Schaumburg Park Foundation.
