Mount Prospect Park District recently issued the following announcement.
A free night of great music featuring The Milwaukee Festival of Brass, The South Shore Brass Band & The Illinois Brass Band.
The bands will each present individual programs and then the combined 90 brass and percussion players will join forces for the grand finale and encore performance.
This is the first time the three bands have come together for a free summer concert in the Chicago Suburban area.
Concert is held rain or shine - it will move inside Lions Recreation Center in the event of rain.
Concessions available for purchase - just bring your own lawn chair or blanket!
