Village of Winnetka Plan Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, & Design Review Board met June 27.
Here is the agenda as provided by the board:
1. Amended Case No. 17-10-PD: One Winnetka – 511-515 Lincoln Avenue & 710-740 Elm Street: An application submitted by SB One Winnetka, LLC and SB Winnetka, LLC for the necessary zoning, subdivision, and design review relief: (A) to develop a mixed use planned development, which would be located on the properties commonly referred to as 511-515 Lincoln Avenue, 714-732 Elm Street, 736-740 Elm Street, and on the westerly portion of 710 Elm Street, and (B) to reconstruct a public parking lot on the easterly portion of 710 Elm Street.
2. Public Comment.
