Q1 real estate sales report: Mission Hills Estates

Median prices declined in Mission Hills Estates over last year, and are down 24.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 5 homes sold in Mission Hills Estates for a median price of $180,000. That's 20.5 percent lower than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
