Here is the agenda provided by the Board:

1. 43 S Ash Street

Variation to permit total square footage accessory structures to be 1200 square feet instead of the maximum 700 square feet per Section 6.01 (a) (1) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

2. 628 N Hawk Street

Variation to permit a driveway to be set back 0 feet from the lot line, instead of the minimum distance 2 feet pursuant to Section 7.04 (i)(2) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

3. 1407 E. Norman Drive

Variation to permit lot coverage to be 56 percent, instead of the maximum permitted 45 percent pursuant to Section 10.06 (g) (1) (b) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

Variation to permit a patio to be set back 0 feet from the side lot lines, instead of the minimum required 2 feet pursuant to Section 10.01 (d) (3) (b) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

Variation to permit an accessory structure to be located 3 feet from principal structure, instead of the minimum required 10 feet pursuant to Section 6.01 (a)(2)(b) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

Variation to permit an accessory structure to be set back 0 feet, instead of the minimum required 5 feet, pursuant to Section 6.01 (a) (2) (b) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

Variation to permit an accessory structure to be located in an easement, pursuant to Section 6.01 (a)(3)(c) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

4. 1101 S Smith Street

Special Use to permit an accessory structure to be 18 feet in height instead of the maximum 15 feet per Section 6.01 (a) (1) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

Variation to permit total square footage accessory structures to be 1120 square feet instead of the maximum 150 square feet in a side yard per Section 6.01 (b) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
