1. Call To Order

2. Minutes Approval - May 1, 2018

Commissioner Pepoon moved and Commissioner Sandler seconded a motion to approve the minutes for May 1, 2018. On a voice vote, the motion passed unanimously. Chairman Franklin, Commissioner Lawrence and Commissioner DeBartolo Abstained.

3. Community Planning Report

Michaela Kohlstedt stated that there were no Preliminary Reviews at the last Board of Trustees Meeting, however next week at the Board of Trustees Meeting, the Board will conduct a Preliminary Review on proposed dog boarding facility at 1851 Janke.

5. Review Of Draft Resolutions

A. Docket No. PCD-18-05: 255 Anthony Trail - Wilson Lawn & Landscape (Public Hearing is closed.) Consideration of a draft Resolution recommending approval of an application filed by Wilson Lawn & Landscape, LLC as owner of 255 Anthony Trail, for the purpose of: A. Special Permit Approval to Allow Landscape and Horticultural Services Including Outdoor Storage (SIC No. 780.02) in the I-1 Restricted Industrial District; B. Site Plan Approval; and C. Approval of such other zoning relief as may be necessary.

A motion was made by Commissioner Elisco and seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to approve Resolution No. 18-PC-05, Village of Northbrook Plan Commission, Docket No. PCD-18-05 for 255 Anthony Trail Wilson Lawn and Landscape, LLC as prepared and submitted by Staff. Approved unanimously on a roll call vote.
