i.Consideration of Resolutions regarding the Downtown Glenview Metra Station Restroom Renovation Project authorizing:

1)The Village of Glenview to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Metra”) to fund the Renovation Project; and

2)The Village to award a contract to Reinert Structures Inc. of Yorkville, Illinois, for construction services for the Downtown Glenview Metra Restroom Facilities in the amount of $66,000.00, plus an eight percent (8%) contingency, for a total budget of $71,280.00

ii.Consideration of a Resolution authorizing a contract award Morton Salt of Chicago, IL to obtain 1,600 tons of rock salt, through the Lake County Contract during FY 2018 for a total cost not to exceed $100,000.00

iii.Consideration of Resolutions pertaining to custodial services:

1)Consideration of a Resolution to amend a contract with Advanced Cleaning Systems Inc. of South Barrington, Illinois for a total not-to-exceed amount of $786,100

2)Consideration of a Resolution to authorize a contract extension through December 31, 2019 for custodial services for Village facilities to Advanced Cleaning Systems Inc. of South Barrington, Illinois in the amount of $361,892.28, plus a five percent (5%) contingency for a total not-to-exceed amount of $379,986.89

iv.Consideration of a Resolution and recommendation authorizing the execution of a second addendum to the Employment Agreement of the Village Manager

v.Consideration of a Resolution and recommendation authorizing the execution of a contract with Illinois Century Network for Public Safety Network Communications in the estimated three-year amount of $68,592.27

vi.Consideration of the approval of the voucher list for May 15, 2018
