House candidate Gong-Gershowitz raised $721K ahead of primary victory

Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz raised $95 per vote cast for her in the 17th House District Democratic primary race last week, according to the Illinois Campaign for Political Reform.

In all, the contentious primary raised $1.14 million.

The Illinois Campaign for Political Reform analyzed how much candidates in the most contested state races raised per vote they received in the Illinois Primary on March 20. The analysis is based on contributions disclosures between Jan. 1, 2017, and March 20.
