A. DOCKET NO. PCD-18-01: 3005 MACARTHUR & 310 ANTHONY TRAIL - VIP TECH ELECTRIC
INC. (First Public Hearing) An application filed by VIP Tech Electric Inc. as owner of 3005
MacArthur Boulevard and 310 Anthony Trail, for the purpose of authorizing: A) Special Permit
Approval to allow an Automotive Repair Shop with Outdoor Automobile Storage (SIC No.
7530.00) in the I-1 Restricted Industrial District; B) Front Setback Variation to reduce the
required front setback from 30’ to 29.75’ to accommodate the existing building; C) Interior
Yard Variation to reduce the required southern interior yard from 5’ to 0’ to accommodate
the drive aisle accessing the proposed parking; and D) Approval of such other zoning relief as
may be necessary.
