The meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Roselle was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Maglio.

The public hearing notice was published in the Daily Herald on October 29, 2017 for the annexation of 529 Lincoln Street. The septic system is in complete failure and the owner has requested to annex the property to the Village in order to connect to Village utilities. A sidewalk has already been installed on the property, so the owner will only need to pay for recaptures and fees associated with connecting to utilities. The public hearing was published in the Daily Herald on October 29, 2017 for the annexation of 22W360 Crest Avenue, Medinah. The owner is in the process of obtaining a permit for a new single-family residence for 22W360 Crest Avenue from DuPage County and would like the Village’s water instead of using a well on the property. Therefore, in order to finalize his building permit with the County, he must submit documentation (the pre-annexation agreement) that shows that the Village will allow him to tap-on to the Village water system. The pre-annexation agreement allows the owner six (6) months to connect to Village water.
