A. Docket No. PCD-17-04: 2600 Dundee Road And 759 Greenwood Road – Dunwood Estates Subdivision. (Public Hearing is Closed.) Consideration of a resolution recommending approval of an application filed by Single Source Construction as interested developer of 759 Greenwood Road and 2600 Dundee Road which is owned by Dre Realty Investments, for the purpose of: A) Rezoning from the R-3 Single Family Residential District to the R-5 Single Family Residential District; B) Tentative Plat of Subdivision for a 7-Lot Subdivision; C) Variation of the Subdivision Code to allow for a reduction of the public right- of-way from 60’ to 50’; D) Variation of the Subdivision Code to allow for a reduction in the minimum required lot depth from 125’ to 99’; E) Variation of the Subdivision Code to allow detention in an easement rather than in an outlot; and F) Approval of such other zoning relief as may be necessary.
B. Docket No. PCD-17-15: 1820 B Skokie Boulevard - Your Dog's Guru. (Public Hearing is Closed.) Consideration of a Resolution recommending approval of an application filed by Your Dog’s Guru Inc. as lessee of 1820 B Skokie Boulevard which is owned by Aloysius Land Holdings, LLC, for the purpose of: A) Special Permit Approval to Allow Animal Training (SIC No. 752.02) and a Boarding Kennel (SIC No. 752.03) in the I-1 Restricted Industrial District; B) Approval of such other zoning relief as may be necessary.

An application filed by BMSH I Northbrook IL LLC as owner of 1000 Sunset Ridge Road, for the purpose of: A) Certain amendments to Northbrook Ordinance No. 2012-36, Granting Special Permits for an Assisted Living Facility, More Than One Principal Structure on a Single Zoning Lot, Building Heights in Excess of RS District Limit, Floor Area Ratio in Excess of RS District Limit and Site Plan Approval; and B) Any other such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.
B. Docket No. PCD-17-16: 1880 Holste Road - Rezoning To The Ics District (First Public Hearing.) An application filed by1880 Holste LLC as owner of 1880 Holste Road, for the purpose of: A) Rezoning from the I-1 Restricted Industrial District to the ICS Industrial and Commercial Services District; B) Interior Setback Variation on the east side of the Subject Property from 10’ to 5’ to accommodate the existing building; C) Interior Side Yard Variation on the west side to reduce the required yard from 5’ to 0’ to accommodate the existing parking lot; D) Front Yard Variation to reduce the required front yard from 10’ to 0’ to accommodate the existing parking lot; E) Rear Yard Variation to reduce the required rear yard from 5’ to 0’ to accommodate the existing parking lot; and F) Approval of such other zoning relief as may be necessary.
