Golf Elementary School District 67 Board of Education met April 29.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

The meeting was called to order by President Toth at 9:05 a.m.

Members Physically Present: President Richard Toth

Member Nada Ardeleanu Member Sam Barhoumeh Member Guy Hollingsworth Member Samina Hussain Member Ashwini Kumar

Members Not Physically Present: Member Jermaine Lindsay (via conference call)

Other Individuals Present: Dr. Beth Flores, Superintendent

Mr. Michael Loizzi, HLERK

Changes to the Agenda None.

Public Comment None.

Closed Session Motion:

President Toth moved and Member Ardeleanu seconded that the Board of Education of Golf School District 67 move into closed session at 9:06 am to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.

Roll Call: Ayes: Ardeleanu, Barhoumeh, Hollingsworth, Hussain, Kumar, Lindsay, Toth Nays: None Abstain: None Motion: Unanimously Approved

Open Session Motion:

President Toth moved and Member Hollingsworth seconded that the Board of Education of Golf School District 67 return to open session at 11:16 am.

Voice Vote: Ayes: Ardeleanu, Barhoumeh, Hollingsworth, Hussain, Kumar, Lindsay, Toth Nays: None Abstain: None Motion: Unanimously Approved

Public Comment None.

Adjournment Motion:

Member Ardeleanu moved and Member Kumar seconded that the Board of Education of Golf School District 67 adjourn the meeting at 11:17 am.

Voice Vote Ayes: Ardeleanu, Barhoumeh, Hollingsworth, Hussain, Kumar, Lindsay, Toth Nays: None Abstain: None Motion: Unanimously Approved
