3. 749 Elm St. – Café Aroma / Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate (continued from previous meeting)– Consideration of Certificate of Appropriateness for new sign lighting;
4. 501-507 Chestnut Street – Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate (continued from previous meeting)– Consideration of Certificate of Appropriateness for new awnings;
5. 1054 Gage Street – The Laundry Mutt Too Consideration of Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed wall sign;
6. 985 Green Bay Road – Mino’s Italian Trattoria Consideration of Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed exterior building alterations, signage and lighting.
