4. Request authorization to Raise Rite to award contract for 207 Sidewalk Raising/Mudjacking of Carol Stream, IL (low bid) at a unit price of $1.97 Program per square foot for sidewalk, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.
5. #56 Request through authorization Westside to Tractor, waive Wauconda. bidding and IL. purchase in an amount replacement not to backhoe exceed S loader 148,206.62.
6. Request acceptance of the Department of Public Works Monthly Report.
7. Request acceptance of the Department of Development Services Monthly Engineering Report of the Transportation and Engineering Division.
