IV. 2017-Z-12 2004 Washington Avenue Request by Charles and Martha Bellefontaine for a 6.12’ front yard setback variation, a 3.66’ side yard setback variation, a 5.56’ front yard porch setback variation, a 6.5’ front yard porch step setback variation, and a 103.52 square foot (7.39%) front yard porch coverage variation to permit the construction of a rear one-story addition, a second-story addition, and new front and side porch on the legal non-conforming structure
