A. Consideration of Acceptance of Public Improvements within the Site Located at 1425 North Randall Road – Advocate/Sherman Hospital ($22,304 estimated five-year maintenance cost) Objective: Fulfill the city’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving businesses and residents.

B. Consideration of Agreement with Burns and McDonnell Inc. to provide Construction Administration and Design Engineering Services for Street Rehabilitation Projects ($297,000) Objective: Ensure quality infrastructure and strengthen the city’s neighborhoods by administrating the construction of a current street rehabilitation project, specifically the Orchard Moseley Street Rehabilitation project and by providing engineering design of a future street rehabilitation project, specifically the Gertrude Jewett Street Rehabilitation project.

C. Consideration of Amendment No. 2 to Engineering Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises Inc. for the South Street Extension Project ($96,671) Objective: Provide for the engineering design of an additional sewer extension from the recently completed South Street Extension.

D. Consideration of Service Agreement with Simple Recycling for Residential Curbside Collection Program (No cost to the City) Objective: Reduce residential landfill waste through free curbside clothing and home goods recycling program.

K. Consideration of Sole Source Contract with Asphalt Zipper Inc. for the Repair of the Asphalt Zipper for Street Maintenance ($45,826) Objective: Effectively use funds to maintain the Asphalt Zipper for street maintenance to grind streets.
