Lao American National Republican Party of USA owes $3,850 in fines

The campaign committee Lao American National Republican Party of USA owes a $3,850 fine imposed on Jan. 6, 2014 with Soukhanh Thavisouk listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 31 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $233,138 in pending fines.
