Citizens for a Better Evanston to Support D65 Capital Referendum owes $325 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens for a Better Evanston to Support D65 Capital Referendum owes a $200 fine imposed on Sept. 4, 2012, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $125 with Toly D. Walker listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 31 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $233,138 in pending fines.
