Buffalo Grove planning commission considers fence variance request

The village of Buffalo Grove Planning and Zoning Commission met March 15 to consider a fence variance request.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the commission:

"The Planning & Zoning Commission was established on June 16, 2014. It replaces the former Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.

The commission reviews issues related to annexations, development proposals, subdivisions and variations of the Village Development Ordinance, Fence Code, Sign Code and Zoning Ordinance.

The commission conducts meetings with petitioners concerning development proposals, considers amendments and revisions to the Village's Development Ordinance, Sign Code and Zoning Ordinance, and reviews and updates the Village Comprehensive Plan."
