Top Flight Volleyball Club will hold an instructional camp starting Tuesday, Nov. 1, at the Clauss Recreation Center, 555 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. in Roselle.
According to rparks.org, the camp -- which is for players ages 7-14 -- will take place from 5-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Dec. 13. Cost is $65 for residents and $75 for nonresidents.
Skills to be taught include serving, setting, spiking, passing, court movement and quickness training.
The Elgin-based Top Flight Volleyball Club was established in 2008, according to TopFlightVBC.com. The club has won 14 national championships and has placed 100 members with college programs.
To register, go to rparks.org; mail a registration form to Clauss Registration Center, 555 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Roselle, IL 60172; fax the form to 630-894-5610; or register in person at the Clauss Recreation Center front desk from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, or use the red drop-in box inside the facility.
