The Elgin Heritage Commission Design Review Subcommittee gathered for a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 24.

Members of the Design Review Subcommittee are responsible for reviewing applications for Certificates of Appropriateness (COA) brought before them to ensure that all exterior work proposed meets the requirements laid out by the Elgin Design Guideline Manual.
