The Historic Rehabilitation Grant Application Grant Review Subcommittee in the City of Elgin will meet today, April 19, to discuss a rehabilitation grant.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and will be held at the City Council Chambers, located at 150 Dexter Court.
