Four new leases recently were signed for a six-story commercial building in downtown Mount Prospect at 111 E. Busse Ave.
Property manager Cushman & Wakefield welcomes Baldridge & Associates Structural Engineering Inc., Chicago Psychological Health Center, Good Health to You and Sedgwick Advisors to the building.
Built in 1975, the low-rise building was purchased by Chicagoland investor Gus Dahleh in 2014. Anchored by Chase Bank, the 97,191-square-foot building is located near Village Hall.
“I am excited about the opportunity to make 111 East Busse the premier commercial office building in Mount Prospect,” Dahleh said. “I have received strong support from Mount Prospect Community Development Director William Cooney and Village Manager Michael Cassady to make all of this happen.”
Dahleh has announced plans to renovate the building, beginning later this year. Included in the renovation are updates to the lobby and common areas, modernizing the elevators and adding a new fitness center in the building. The building also is near the Tollway Interchange and the Chicago Northwestern Line.
